The money questions
When do I pay the first $79?
When you say yes to your draft. It's paid before we register or transfer your domain, and that payment is how you accept the terms. Until then you owe nothing.
Is GST included?
Yes. $79 a month is the total, and you get a tax invoice each month.
How do I pay?
Card or direct debit, billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails we let you know and try again before anything changes on your site.
What isn't included?
Only fees other companies charge: the card processor's fee on each online sale (we add nothing to it), Apple and Google developer accounts if you want an app, paid stock photography, and any paid third-party service you ask us to connect. We tell you before anything costs extra.
Can I cancel?
Any time, by email. Your site stays up to the end of the month you've paid for, your domain stays yours, and you get a copy of your content.
Will the price go up?
Only with at least 60 days' written notice, and you can cancel before it starts.
What about the code?
After 12 continuous months you can ask for a copy of your site's source code, with a licence to use and change it for your business.
