You get a link to a working draft of your site. Not a sketch, the real build. Change anything you like, as many times as it takes.
When you're ready
Step 3: Say yes, then $79 a month
Happy with it? Your first $79 is due then, and that's your acceptance. We register your domain, or transfer the one you have, put the site live, and bill monthly from there.
Who you're dealing with

I'm Nick. I live in Budgewoi and I've spent my career building software and networks for businesses much bigger than the ones around here. Twin Lakes is me doing that work for the people down the road.
I do the design and the build myself, so you deal with one person, and that person picks up. No account managers, no offshore team, no surprise invoices.

Straight answers
Is it really $79 a month for everything?
Yes. Design, build, your domain, hosting, changes, and any booking system, form or app you need. $79 a month including GST. Nothing is owed until you say yes to your draft; the first $79 is paid before we register or transfer your domain, and that payment is your acceptance.
What about the domain name?
We register it in your name, not ours, and we pay the renewals while you're with us. If you ever leave, it's still yours.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain, your content and your brand from day one. We own and run the site's code while we host it. After 12 months, if you want the code to take elsewhere, it's yours.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Yes. We rebuild it properly, move your domain across without downtime, and keep anything that's already working for you.
Where is the site hosted?
In Australia. Your customers' details stay in the country and the site loads fast for the people who actually visit it.
How much of my time does it take?
About two minutes for the form, and maybe half an hour on a call. We write the first draft of the words from what you tell us, and you correct it.
Can I cancel?
Any time. There's no contract. The site stays up to the end of the month you've paid for, and the domain is still yours.
What areas do you cover?
Budgewoi, Toukley, Lake Munmorah, San Remo, Gorokan, Norah Head, Blue Haven and the rest of the Central Coast. Anywhere in Australia works too, it's just nicer when we can sort the details out over a coffee at the lake.
